Open Monday-Thursday 10am-3pm

It’s time to make
some positive, lasting changes to your health.

-Welcome-

Naturopathic Medicine encompasses a holistic approach to Primary Health Care, focusing on the treatment and prevention of health conditions through natural medicines and lifestyle change. Through a thorough assessment and patient interview, we get to know our patients at a personal level to provide support from all levels of care. Giving the body what it needs for optimal functioning allows us to stimulate and support our innate ability to heal and thrive.

Naturopathic Doctors (ND’s) are able to take the time with patients to provide individualized care and education often not available elsewhere. We may use laboratory testing or physical examination to assess the patient’s health and work alongside conventional medicine to support the best patient outcomes. Licensed by the College of Naturopaths of Ontario, we are held to exceptionally high standards of care for the utmost safety of our patients.

The ND Philosophy

Naturopathic Doctors guide their clinical decision-making with several principles. They include:

  • First, do no harm.
  • Respect and cooperate with the healing power of nature and the body.
  • Educate patients about their bodies, their ‘disease’, & optimal health.
  • Treat the root cause of illness, rather than suppressing symptoms.
  • Treat the whole person, not just their disease.
  • Focus on the prevention of disease by encouraging healthy lifestyles.
